We accept orders from personal shoppers, people who ring us, by post and online

We charge a standard £3.50 to cover posting and packaging of each shipment within UK mainland (same price for a shipment of one item or many items) plus extra carriage of £5 on extra heavy items denoted by the delivery lorry sign.. For delivery outside UK mainland please contact us to agree a price.

Items will be packed and shipped to you in the most convenient packaging available.
Gift Service
For an extra £2.00 per item we will gift wrap the present and include a gift card written with your words. You tell us the target delivery date and we try to meet it.
Terms and Conditions
a. Dispatch
Goods will be dispatched within 48
hours of receiving debit, credit or switch payments and after cheques have been
cleared through the bank. We regret that feeders, fat products and accessories
can only be delivered with birdseed orders. We will endeavour to hold all items
in stock, however should an item be out of stock we will delay the charge until
the item is ready to dispatch.
b. Delivery
We aim for Next Day Delivery
service to all our UK mainland customers.
c. Prices and VAT
All prices shown for goods
include delivery charges and VAT where applicable.
d. Cancellations and Returns
If you are not
completely satisfied with our goods you have a right to cancel your order and
return the goods within 7 days or receipt. We will offer you a full refund or
replacement goods. Please send us an email before you return the goods, telling
us that you are returning them and why.
e. Confidentiality
All confidential
information, particularly credit card details are held secure and only
transmitted in encrypted form. Our credit card security is provided by Thawte
digital certificate technology. Customer’s details are not passed to third
parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
